About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our product team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the testing of our applications and platforms to ensure quality, performance, and functionality before release.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, clear verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for identifying issues and contributing to a high-quality product experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute test plans and test cases for new and existing product features.

• Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies using our ticketing system.

• Assist in regression, functional, and user acceptance testing.

• Work closely with product, development, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.

• Review product requirements and specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

• Help maintain QA documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic understanding of software development and product life cycles.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems or QA tools (preferred but not required).

• Prior internship or experience in software testing, product support, or related roles (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to API and Web application testing.

• Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools

• Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance, or EDI systems (a plus but not required).
